Stéphane is the Director of Cygnus Atratus and one of the Founders. He works in the consulting since 2001. Member of the SCIP, he has a strong experience in the evaluation missions or investigation, he realized or coordinated more than 1900 projects in more than 100 countries. The latter also made numerous studies (strategy, economic intelligence) for majors international groups, governments or national institutions (in particular Japanese) and EU. He knows the world of the research so much public sector (CNRS) as private sector about industrial (Giat, Nortel) and he was an engineer of research in particular for Framatome.
Mr. Chevalier gave professional conferences within several business schools in India, Iran and Lithuania. Speaker during several seminars of economic intelligence in 2010 in Vilnius, in Lithuania. Stéphane Chevalier is the co-author of a Spanish article in the magazine of Economic Intelligence "the Riddle" - Economic Intelligence in the Baltic Countries : the reasons which highlight the slowness of the development - as well as author of several others.

Lionel Dossou-Yovo, Co-Founder
Lionel is Co-Founder of Cygnus Atratus. He works in the consulting since 2014. Multi-purpose, Lionel worked in several countries in the world before heading to France. He has a real experience in the missions of evaluation and investigation in France. He has, furthermore realized many experiences in the economic intelligence and in the purchase sector for world large companies (Accor, Maif). Having multiple certifications of Majors Business Scholls (HEC Montréal, EM Lyon) and of several leaders of sectors (Google) he has multiple skills in the IT and technological domain.

Mansoor Al-Shadadi is Manager of the Development Middle East within Cygnus Atratus.
He has created with Stéphane Chevalier a compagny of economic intelligence (MEDIM) dedicated to the development of the IE business sector in the countries of the Middle East. MEDIM is an office of Economic Intelligence based in Paris, Vilnus. He also has aims to link the investors of the Middle East with their partners in Europe and mutually.
He accumulated an important expertise in the realization of missions of Due Diligence in several countries and sectors. It includes France, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, the United Kingdom and Yemen.
